Delays may be caused by adverse weather conditions, customs, holidays, wrong or incomplete address and phone number in your account, etc. We are not liable for any delays caused by the third parties. We promise to ship your order out the same day (or next business day, if the order was placed on a holiday or weekend), however, we do not issue refunds for the delays caused by the third parties.
In case of abnormal delays please submit a support request through your account on our website. We will review the issue, and submit a claim with the courier. If they approve the claim, we will gladly relay the refund to your account.
